BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 7500 block of Igou Gap Road, being off the northeast line of Igou Gap Road southeast of Gunbarrel Road. Part of block I, Subdivision of a Part of the Northeast and Southeast Quarters of Section 11, Township 6 North, or 2 South, Range 3, West of the Basis Line, Ocoee District, as shown by plat of record in deed book T, volume 27, page 621, ROHC, being part of the property described in deed book 4149, page 928, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of said part of tract, start on the northeast line of Igou Gap Road 1858 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast line of Igou Gap Road with the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road, thence northeast some 559 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing northeast some 520.66 feet, thence northeast 208.49 feet, thence southeast 75 feet, thence southeast some 500.06 feet, thence southwest 105 feet, thence southeast 25 feet, thence northeast 107 feet, thence southeast some 123 feet, thence southwest some 319 feet, thence northwest 814 feet parallel to Goodwin Road to the true point of beginning.
